Financing
Payments will be divided according to the layout of individual buildings:
- 1st payment - booking fee 6000 €
- 2nd payment 1/3 - advance payment after the implementation of the access road, bridging of the stream, implementation of IS connections, implementation of the base plate 44.000 €
- 3rd payment 2/3 - advance payment for the implementation of rough construction, window and door panels 44.000 €
- 4rd payment 3/3 - advance payment at the end of the apartment house, start of intelligent electrical installation, start of the mobile application, staff training, etc. 44.000 €
- 5rd payment - after approval of the apartment house and conclusion of the purchase and sale contract and deposit in the real estate cadastre 5.880 €
